Lead Graphic Designer

Requirements:
Software proficiency:

• Adobe Photoshop – professional level;
• Adobe Illustrator – professional level;
• Figma – professional level;
• Adobe After Effects – professional level;
• Cinema 4D/Blender 3D – advanced level.

• Minimum 4 years of experience;
• Experience with grids, templates and layouts;
• Knowledge of basic composition, animation and color palettes;
• Understanding of basic principles of web development;
• Ability to use AI solutions for graphic design;
• Capability to create quality visual communication with users;
• Ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks on time;
• Proficiency in finding approaches to various customers, understand and accommodate various requirements of a customer and translate them into design solutions;
• Ability to provide logical arguments for proposed design solutions and present them to the customer;
• Ability to organize team work;
• Analytical skills and strategic thinking;
• English proficiency of B1 and above will be a plus.

• Create promo banners and landing pages, including preparing layouts;
• Develop the visual style of the project and communicate it to the team;
• Establish effective communication with related departments;
• Work with a team of designers. Distribute or assist in distributing tasks among the designers in the team;
• Predict difficulties in task completion, allocate time for it in task estimation, and work to reduce potential difficulties;
• Curate tasks to foster the development of designers, overseeing their progress and offering feedback to refine the process;
• Establish the workflow within the project;
• Define the set of tools needed for work;
• Conduct reviews and approve completed tasks;
• Recruit new team members;
• Search and collaborate with outsourced contractors throughout the design development process.
