Real Estate Sales Manager with knowledge of Hebrew language (Georgia/Batumi)

Due to our expansion, our construction company in Batumi is seeking a:

Real Estate Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle sales (from initial inquiry to contract signing and transaction support)
• Managing client database in CRM, reporting
• Handling incoming inquiries, no client prospecting required
• Conducting client meetings and presentations

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position is welcome
• Active attitude, quick learning, initiative and good communication skills
• Hebrew - C1/C2

Conditions:

• Working hours: Full-time from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, five-day work week
• Office-based position
• Salary plus bonuses with the highest commission rates in Batumi (2%)
