We are currently looking for a First line operator of the sales department (call center) Georgia/Batumi
Full-time

Responsibilities:
Implementing prompt communication with clients on incoming requests.
Distributing contacts and clients among available sales managers.
Increasing the percentage of establishing the first contact between a manager and a potential client (% of call through)
Calling existing clients to determine the level of satisfaction with company representatives
Providing reports on the work done

Requirements:
Experience in the field of communications with clients from 3 months.
Knowledge of Bitrix CRM is an advantage
Communication skills, stress resistance
Knowledge of Arabic - C1/C2
Knowledge of English - В2
