● Managing and leading the activities of jetty Operation Technicians, LPG Operation Technicians, and Loading Operation Technicians. ● Blending operations involving inter tank transfers, in-line and on-board blending. ● Executing other operational activities such as loading arm/hose connection, line pigging, line packing, various stripping, circulation, nitrogen bubbling, de-watering of tanks, preparation for tank cleaning, sampling and measurement. ● Inspection of hot, cold work and confined space entry sites and permits. ● Coordinating of the pilot regarding positioning, berthing and unberthing of vessels ● Carrying out safety checks on vessels with due attention to international and company standards. ● Conducting key meeting with ship's officers regarding cargo operation plan ● Taking part in risk assessment processes. ● Acting as a Link/Board Man during emergency situations. ● Monitoring and planning of loading/discharging operations in offloading trestles, storage tanks, nitrogen station, gas compressors, and pump stations. ● Providing storage tanks calculations and loading programs, line displacement processes, every-day monitoring of the storage tanks level. ● Taking part in loaded products calculations and preparation of the Bill of Lading , Cargo Manifest and other documents. ● Design, application and removal of Energy Isolation. ● Permit To Work Area authority.
