Commissioning of a 4-star hotel with 180 rooms, two restaurants with more than 500 seats, a congress hall, fitness and health, medical and spa complexes. Organization of work and management of all hotel and restaurant services, work with suppliers and contractors, budgeting, implementation of service standards, recruitment and training of personnel, and so on. The hotel has been successfully put into operation, all modern hotel technologies have been introduced, the hotel and restaurant management system has been established, the complex functions reliably. Bringing the hotel to the requirements of international standards of the hotel chain: development and implementation of modern hotel regulations and sales technologies, implementation of hotel and restaurant management systems from HRS "Fidelio 8" and "Micros", renovation of the room stock, reconstruction of rooms and hotel buildings, work to ensure purchases from the largest suppliers of hotel equipment, organizing the work of a cafe and restaurant, developing budgets for income, expenses and cash flow, financial planning, staff training, creating an active sales system, interaction and contractual work with large corporate partners, working with online sales systems (booking.com, travelline, etc.), interaction with the management company, legal support of activities, etc. Achievements: the launch of the hotel in a new format and an increase in hotel occupancy by more than two times (from 44 to 98%), taking the hotel to a leading position in the chain in terms of development dynamics, introducing modern service technologies, reconstructing rooms, creating a hotel management system, accounting and control, organization of the budgetary process and trade and procurement activities.

My duties included; 150 people, for whom I was responsible and followed the progress of the work. the staff included people from different branches of work. responsible for developing processes and tools, both internally and externally, for producing maximum value to all stakeholders with intelligent and efficient use of potentially fluctuating human resources. I had overall accountability for defining the service, ensuring services meet the business need and was delivered in accordance with agreed business requirements, and managing the service lifecycle – often in conjunction with a Service Team.

Main the work consisted of checking customer bases. find and advise interested parties in our project. provide clients with all information. Customer service. Advertising on web platforms, technical support. the company had 2 directions. the first is; production and marketing of building materials to construction companies. the second direction was the purchase of a block of places on the terms of the commission of five-star hotels. we cooperated with suppliers and customers from Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
