Greetings, I would like to express my interest in the position available for Support Engineer. The combination of my career history, achieved education, and developed skills set aligns perfectly with the required qualifications for this position. For more than 11 years I worked in the service industry, in such positions as Bartender, Waiter, Manager. From there I gained valuable experience in communicating with people. Since childhood I was interested in computers. I like to disassemble and assemble PCs. Also I often help my friends with their computers from reinstalling operating system to solving hardware issues. Relatively recently started doing UI/UX design, which is a very interesting area for me as I consider myself a rather creative person. Thank you for reading it I will be glad to talk to you. My hard skills: Intermediate English level fundamentals of mathematical analysis typing speed data visualization spreadsheet skills ability to complete practical assignments. My soft skills: communication skills stress tolerance ability to work as part of a team conflict resolution skills logical thinking creativity concentration on the goal kindness, positive attitude to people willingness and readiness to learn, to continue self-development ability to adapt to changing conditions.
